Cancellation

We offer flexible hours to accommodate our clients’ busy lives, but we understand that life happens.  We would appreciate at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation so that we may better serve clients on our waiting list.

Product Returns

We carry top of the line beauty products.  If you are not completely satisfied within 7 days of purchase, return any unused portion for a full refund.

Service Satisfaction

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, please notify the salon manager within 24 hours so we may take corrective measures.
